Training Camps Muay Movement


Muay Movement presents intensive solutions, both for private and group classes.

So we can attend 3 kinds of program. Let’s see an example applied on a Training Camp focused on Martial Arts (that we can tailor according to your personal needs and requests).


3 Days Program:

6h daily training +1h/day Yoga or Athletic Training

7 Days Program:

7h daily training +1h/day Yoga & Athletic Training (+1h Thai Massage at the end of the camp)

10 Days Program (2 weeks – 5days practice and 2days rest per week):

8h daily training +1h/day Yoga & Athletic Training (+2h Thai Massage at the end of the camp)



Option A

I can come to your country, know more about your culture and stay together to share my human and professional experience.
The cost of my trip and accomodation (or a safe place to put the tent) with toilet service is to share with the people attending the workshop.

Option B

Let’s choose a place, with backpack and tent (or a different accomodation) to share afull-time training together: trekking, yoga, physical training, martial arts, massage and so on. A great opportunity to follow a very traditional path.



1 to 3 people is considered “Private Session”.
Min.4 to Max.10 people is considered “Group Session”.



Every kind of rate received for training is to be considered a “Donation”, just a “No Profit Means” to support and continue the deep reasearch I carried and I’m still carrying on the subjects I study and teach, in Italy and abroad.

At the same time, every rate can be totally/partially devolved also in other forms, such as goods and professional skills to evaluate.
